Effective Date: June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are legally binding agreements between you (the client) and Chengdu Xiewenxuan Trading Co., Ltd. (“us”, “we”). All design service transactions and cooperation behaviors shall be subject to these Terms. By purchasing and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all clauses of these Terms.
 

1. Service Description

We provide professional customized design services, including but not limited to PS image processing, custom ICON icon design, software interface image design, visual image optimization and other related design services. We will complete the design work in accordance with the project requirements confirmed by both parties and deliver standard electronic design files.
 

2. Order and Payment Rules

2.1 After you confirm the design demand and service quotation, you shall complete the payment as agreed before the project starts;
2.2 All service fees do not include additional taxes, express fees or third-party material fees unless otherwise agreed in writing;
2.3 We reserve the right to adjust the service quotation according to the project difficulty, modification times and demand changes.
 

3. Design Revision and Delivery

3.1 Each customized design project includes free revision times as agreed. Excessive revision demands will generate additional service fees;
3.2 We will deliver the design draft within the agreed cycle. If the delivery delay is caused by your failure to confirm the scheme or provide materials on time, we will not bear the liability for breach of contract;
3.3 After receiving the draft, you shall put forward modification opinions within the agreed time limit. If no feedback is received within the time limit, the design scheme will be deemed automatically confirmed.
 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Before the final payment is completed, the intellectual property rights of all design drafts, preliminary schemes and works belong to our company;
4.2 After you complete the full payment of the project, the copyright of the final confirmed design work will be transferred to you, and you can use it legally within the agreed scope;
4.3 You shall not copy, resell, plagiarize or authorize third parties to use our undelivered and unconfirmed design works. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability for infringement.
 

5. User Obligations

You promise that the design requirements and materials you provide are legal and compliant, and will not involve pornography, violence, infringement, illegal propaganda and other illegal and bad content. If the design violation is caused by your provision of illegal materials, you shall bear all legal responsibilities by yourself.
 

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the service unilaterally if you have malicious modification, malicious default on payment, abuse of design services or other behaviors that violate these Terms.
 

7. Liability Limitation

We shall be responsible for the rework and optimization of unqualified design works caused by our production errors. We will not be liable for any indirect losses, including but not limited to business loss, profit loss and reputation loss caused by your improper use of the design works.

9. Clause Revision and Legal Effect

We reserve the right to revise these Terms according to business and legal requirements. The revised terms will take effect after official announcement. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
