Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all customized design services provided by Chengdu Xiewenxuan Trading Co., Ltd., including PS design, ICON design, software image design and derivative customized design services.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Full refund: If you cancel the custom design project within 48 hours after payment and we have not started any design work, we will provide a full refund (excluding official payment processing fees).
1.2 Partial refund: If we have completed part of the design draft or preliminary concept after the project starts, no full refund will be provided. We will calculate the refund amount according to the completed work progress, deduct the corresponding labor cost and time cost, and process the partial refund.
1.3 Error refund: In case of duplicate payment or wrong payment caused by our system error, we will verify the situation within 5 working days and complete the full refund of the abnormal amount.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
2.1 The design draft has been partially or fully delivered, and you have confirmed and accepted the design scheme;
2.2 You have used the delivered design works for commercial or personal purposes;
2.3 The project delay or dissatisfaction is caused by your repeated modification of requirements, failure to provide supplementary materials on time, or unilateral termination of the project;
2.4 Free revision services and trial draft services do not support any refund application.
3. Refund Process
If you meet the refund conditions, please submit a refund application via our official email, attach the payment voucher and project information. We will review the application within 3-7 working days. After the review is passed, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel. The arrival time of the fund is subject to the rules of the payment platform.
